Viscosity grades

Indeed, their category depends on the type of solvent referred to as refinery tars and divided in accordance with viscosity and gravity, the discussed tars are distilled by aeration and vacuum of tower bottom, viscous tars are useable for road construction, pavement, construction and isolation due to their technical categories and characteristics.

Different ASTMs: This category is based on standard system (Grade), viscous tar category AASHTO and D 09 -3381 and applicable according to definition of the methods like ASTM.

Standard 8-226 defines and nominate the categories, those categories are based on M absolute gravity within 60 centigrade degrees or kinematic gravity with 135 centigrade degrees.
